Simply attach the camera to the tray, plug in a couple cables, and slide the unit into the housing. You'll love the positive snap as the camera locks into position for perfect optical alignment. Rather than struggling with fingerbiting clamps, watch the Double O-Ring seals glide into place as you rotate the Self Locking latches .
Unlike mechanical solutions, Smart Grip Handles put the main controls right at your fingertips. Need to shoot left handed while bracing with right hand? No problem. The left handle can be user programed to control record, zoom, and momentary focus. Advanced controls including one push white balance and manual focus are within easy reach.
The lithium-ion powered lighting system provides the true color that HDV deserves. It's no secret anymore. If you want to see the color, you have to buy the lights. And if you want to get that special shark or whale footage, pick up the Remote Monitor. Imaging dropping the housing in the middle of a bait ball feeding frenzy while you safely remain topside.
HDV is 6x the resolution of SDV (standard definition video) and therefore, demands high resolution optical glass. Shooting through the Zoom Macro optic, you'll be amazed by the color and richness that only HDV can provide. |
