Nauticam Macro to Wide Angle Lens 1 (MWL-1)
The MWL-1 is a wet-mounted ultra-wide conversion lens designed to be used with a full-frame-equivalent 60mm macro lens, delivering a 150-degree field of view. It can focus from its front element to infinity, making both ultra-wide-angle and close-focus wide-angle perspectives of macro subjects possible on the same dive - even with full-frame DSLR systems. Made from precision-ground optical glass with advanced anti-reflective coatings, it measures 108mm diameter x 120mm length, weighs 1.20kg in air (0.58kg in water) and is depth rated to 100 metres. It mounts via Nauticam Bayonet or M67 and performs best at smaller apertures (full-frame shooters get optimal results at f16 or higher).
Worth noting: the MWL-1 ships with the 83250 M67 to Bayonet Mount Converter II, a hard lens cap, the 83221 rear lens cap, a bayonet mounting ring, carry bag and cloth.
