The Canon PowerShot V1 is Canon's latest compact, built around a large 1.4" CMOS sensor, the Dual Pixel CMOS AF II system and an ultra-wide built-in 16-50mm-equivalent power zoom — a combination that pairs well with Nauticam's water-contact optics underwater.

The Housing
Lens compatibility and the N50 port system
The NA-CV1 ships with the N50 3.5" acrylic dome port, which allows the full 16-50mm zoom range, and other ports are available from the N50 system. Combined with the 38703 N50 Short Port 25, it accepts the WWL-C for a converted field of view of 130° to 71°, or the WWL-1B; adding the 83214 bayonet adaptor allows the MFO-1, CMC-2 and CMC-1 macro optics — so wide-angle and macro are both available across your dives.
Mission Control: every control within reach
The NA-CV1 is machined from a solid block of aluminium and hard-anodised against corrosive salt water, closed via a secure rotary latch. The right side is sculpted to fit the palm, and Nauticam's two-stage shutter release lever gives clear differentiation between half- and full-press. All functions are clearly labelled, and the system is backed by a two-year warranty.
Flash triggering
The 26353 Mini Flash Trigger for NA-CV1, combined with the Canon AD-E1 Multi-Accessory Shoe Adapter, provides reliable, fast triggering for fiber-optic-compatible strobes.
Vacuum check and leak detection — standard
Nauticam's leak alarm and vacuum monitoring system is installed as standard. Combined with the optional 25625 M16 Vacuum Valve II, the housing's watertight integrity can be tested before entering the water and monitored on every dive, with a color-coded LED for solid vacuum or vacuum loss and an audible/visual alert on any water entry.
