Keldan LED Module 730nm 65W (Far Red / NIR)
730 nm far-red head for filming fish unseen at night
The Keldan LED Module 730nm 65W is the Far Red head for Keldan's modular 8M and 8S bodies. Its 65-watt source produces 16 watts of radiated far-red light at 730 nm — a near-infrared wavelength that fish cannot see, yet is still visible to the human eye and the camera sensor. That lets you film fish and nocturnal behaviour at night without disturbing your subjects. As an interchangeable module it swaps straight into your existing modular light.
Consider the LED Module 730nm 65W if you:
- Film fish and nocturnal marine life without disturbing them
- Want a far-red / near-infrared source fish cannot see but the camera can
- Carry out behavioural or scientific night imaging
- Already own a Keldan modular 8M or 8S body

Why the 730 nm far-red module
Invisible to fish
Far-red light at 730 nm is invisible to fish but still visible to the human eye and the camera sensor, so you can film natural behaviour undisturbed.
Night imaging
With 16 watts of radiated far-red output from a 65-watt source, the module works as a near-infrared light for capturing fish at night.
Modular by design
Swaps straight into the Keldan modular 8M / 8S body, so a single light covers both behavioural night work and standard imaging.
