Why the Video 8XR
LED technology with outstanding efficiency
A latest-generation LED at 5,600 K with a very even spectral output gives a colour rendering index of 86 CRI (Ra). Variable power offers nine settings across a wide 1:80 brightness range — from a gentle 250 lm fill to the full 20,000 lm.
Soft 110° beam
The beam is exceptionally soft and speckle-free, spreading 110° in water (120° in air) for even, natural-looking coverage on wide reef and wreck scenes.
Self-contained and simple
No separate battery canister to mount or cable to route. The included bracket with ball mount fits straight onto standard arm systems.
Travel-safe Li-Ion battery
The battery has passed the mandatory UN38.3 test required by IATA, certifying it for air transport, and its capacity sits below the 100 Wh limit. An integrated protection circuit guards against over-discharge, deep discharge, over-current and short circuit.
