Dubbed "the Fast Five," the fifth RX100 adds exceptional autofocus speed and a 24fps burst to the series' well-rounded feature set. It keeps the core RX100 DNA — a large 1" stacked sensor in a pocketable body, a fast 24-70mm-equivalent zoom and UHD video — and adds a 315-point phase-detect array covering 65% of the frame for fast, reliable focus acquisition and tracking. The 24fps Continuous Hi mode shoots with full AF/AE and RAW.

The Housing
Lens compatibility: M67-threaded port
The NA-RX100V's integrated flat port has industry-standard M67 threads, making it easy to attach wet-mount optics: the WWL-1 for 130° wide-angle, or the CMC-1 / CMC-2 for macro (the CMC delivers over 4× the magnification of the stock lens). All Nauticam optics are engineered specifically for underwater use — not waterproofed land lenses — for visibly sharper corners and less fringing.
Mission Control: every control within reach
The NA-RX100V tailors the ergonomic experience to the photographer's right hand, placing key controls at the fingertips. An oversized rotary latch seals the housing; no controls need presetting — the camera simply drops in and is ready. A cold shoe and an M10 threaded mount are built in for accessories.
HDMI output
The housing supports HDMI output via an optional HDMI bulkhead connected to the M16 accessory port at the front, for use with an external monitor or recorder housing.
Vacuum check and leak detection — standard
Nauticam's vacuum check and leak detection electronics ship with the NA-RX100V as standard, and the Pro Package includes the M14 Vacuum Valve II (25624) to complete the system. It continuously reports the housing's watertight, safe-to-dive status through a color-coded LED: solid vacuum, or vacuum loss. Leak detection runs on the same circuit, so any water intrusion triggers an audible and visual alarm.
The system is temperature-compensated, so it won't throw false alarms from a change in water temperature or from the camera heating up on an action-packed dive.
